Mandatory Gear

All runners must carry the following gear regardless of the event they are entered into. This is not negotiable.

• 2L Water
• Snakebite Bandage x 2
• Whistle
• Phone
• Personal Meds (asthma or epipens etc)

We recommend:

• Trail runner gloves
• Buff

Runners who come along without the mandatory items will not be allowed to start and will not get a finish time. Please respect the mandatory gear – it could save your life.
